Terrible experience with the unskillful nurse. She treats human body as a piece of wood. She never follows correct techniques or infection control practices while doing procedures. She is a threat to the patients and her credentials has to be verified.

They just don't answer the phones. I ended up in hospital because I just couldn't reach anyone to get antibiotics for a simple infection. The only way to speak to a doctor seems to be sending an online message, but you will probably be dead before they get back to you.

The most awful GP surgery I’ve ever been to in my life. Disgrace. Staff are awful and unhelpful. Their phone lines don’t work. They hang up on you and don’t call back. Ward you off to online services that are awful. Don’t go here ever. You’re better off with a 5 year old treating you.

What’s an excellent receptionist, (Anu & Naz) I have had nothing but bad experiences with the NHS GP services, my last Gp took 6 months to offer me a new patient appointment!! Omg 😱! Ever since registration at this high quality & bespoke practice and services that have been given by wilslow road medical surgery, I’ve received nothing but an exceptional high standards of medical attention &care! I’d like to thank ALL THE LOVELY RECEPTIONISTS, especially the lovely Naz & Anu, THEN SHAIDAH the number 1 👩⚕️! Then the lovely lady doctor, Dr Choudry can’t fault it! You guys are an example to the GP practices in and around the country. Lastly I’d like to thank the Number 1 Manager Ruby, Thank you guys for putting my faith and trust back in the NHS medical system as my previous experiences with NHS 10 years ago I lost my late wife to medical negligence that was a treatment process to prolong life but instead she was pushed to her last breaths and return to our Lord our creator! BUT THANK YOU WILMSLOW ROAD MEDICAL PRACTICE!
