Good swim teaching, absolute useless at admin. Had 1 email confirming lessons start at 7, got there was told it was 6.30, then had further 3 emails confirming next week it was 7 with coaches name, arrived and was told it was 6.30, with a different coach..... Good job we turned up 45 mins early because I had zero confidence in their coms.....

Fantastic experience since our son started age 3. He’s made great progress, has fun and has gained so much confidence in the water. Lessons feel great value against other similar ones around and the teachers and pool helpers are really attentive and lessons are very small ratios. The end of term lesson reports are detailed too. Would definitely recommend.

A high quality lessons program with a focus on fun, great technique and lots of time in the water per lesson. There are also a brilliant range of squads, catering for all ages and level of commitment: from those who only want to swim for fitness; to youngsters just trying out friendly local competitions at age 8; to elite athletes competing internationally. I've swum with Penguins since I was little and 16 years later I'm still enjoying it, currently training with the Masters (adult) squad!

Fantastic, friendly and enthusiastic instructors, my 7 year old daughter is very nervous of water but they've been so supportive, on her 3rd lesson she was floating on her back on her own and not clinging onto me for dear life, something I never thought I would see! Its given her a massive confidence boost, having the right instructor makes the world of difference and she is so excited for her lesson every week, her instructor Issy is lovely and so patient, highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
