Bought a Tanaka strimmer which has been great. Needed a new line to be fitted nobody could help me as they were short staffed, asked if I could leave it but was told it could be 3 weeks, they didn't know!! I know we've all had a difficult time over the last few months but like my customers, people have been waiting for things to start up and get going because they need these companies to step up. First time I've really needed them and they were absolutely no help and gave me no solutions. Shame really.
