My mum spent couple weeks initially there and has now become a permanent resident. She is very settled and always says how clean everything is kept. All the staff I speak to are kind, compassionate and genuinely happy to be there. I overhear them speaking to other residents and they always treat them with respect. Any medical issue, however small is dealt with promptly and they keep me in the loop. I really enjoy going in to visit.

Wouldn't touch the place with a barge pole. My mum was transferred to there from Basildon hospital after breaking her ankle. She complained about the hiding of the Tv remote controls and was after two weeks transferred to Broomfield Hospital with serve dehydration and low blood pressure. After my and my sisters insistence they call a doctor, which to my mind should had been done much earlier, she was transferred to Broomfield Hospital where is was found she had COVID
