I am a recent arrival to the UK from the US. Looking for properties in Greater London can be overwhelming given the lack of established credit history in a new country. I was fortunate to come across Dan Tomlin at Winkworth in Borehamwood during a property visit. He could not have been more accommodating. I explained my final offer and let him know that as the carer for a young child, I had very little time to see lots of properties. Dan worked with me and was able to assist in ironing out every detail. Even after I signed a TA shortly thereafter, Dan was there to help with questions I had about the neighborhood which were outside his job role. I'm very pleased to have found Dan and Winkworth early in my search and very grateful that I am able to raise my son in a wonderful area. Thank you!

Be very careful with this agency. After 3 years of staying in a flat rented from this agency, we decided to move and when we got the flat there were several small problems and I didn't take pictures, my mistake. Now when I take the deposit, they asked for around 600 pounds to fix the problems that were already there.
