Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking you have made. For camping pod and touring pitch bookings, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. If you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of any additional payments you have made. If you cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will not be eligible for a refund. For tent pitch bookings, we require full payment at the time of booking, and cancellations are non-refundable.Are there any restrictions on pets or alcohol consumption on the property?
We welcome well-behaved pets at our camp, but ask that they are kept on a lead at all times and are not allowed in our camping pods or facilities. We also ask that guests consume alcohol responsibly and do not cause any disturbance to other guests. Excellent campsite. Perfect for families. Pub onsite is brilliant, with an adjoining play barn, with softplay and games. 3 different outdoor play areas. Bike trails, and jump track. The pod we stayed in was very clean, and the heater and electricity were reliable. The decked area and picnic bench are a very useful touch, and means you can pack even less camping gear. The pods have their own toilet and shower block, that is small, but perfectly functional. One of the better blocks I've used at campsite. My only concern is that the Pods shower block wasn't cleaned all weekend we were there. It was spotless when we arrived, so I assume they had an issue with staffing during bank holiday.

After stay at this site last year, we tried booking again only to be told we are banned! I asked why, and they said because we tailgate through barrier as we forgot our password and not having a dog on a lead (which wasn't our dog) How pathetic. Not even a warning. The Jobs worth goes the Karen on reception.

Had another lovely meal here tonight. Mentioned last night after finishing our meal that steak would be lovely as a choice on the menu for Valentines night. Arrived at the Barn for our meal to see steak as a special on the menu. Great service from Lyndsey and Richard and all the staff. Always a friendly and warm welcome from everyone. Thankyou for another lovely meal.
