Great company, fantastic service. I had many questions regarding hotbox. I spoke to Colin from Woodpecker he was a massive help, he gave me advice on how to make my hotbox mobile so it was no longer plugged into the mains. I also purchased a heat sabre and which is one of Collins tools fantastic bit of kit. Colin also advise me on what size sabres was most suitable to me and my work, i also purchased extended cable for the hotbox and he gave contact details to allow me to get another heat pen as my equipment was stolen. I contacted Colin Woodpecker ltd and he sent everything out the next day. Fantastic company great customer service, Colin and his team are amazing and what they. I would highly recommend as I'm one satisfied customer
