They will not give your deposit back. Do not rent the house in Gillingham (3 Maycroft - Bourton SP8 5FR) . They didn't record a oven door damaged during the first audit, which it was like that before I moved to the house. I showed to the Woolley employee, but she didn't mentioned it to the report. Now I left the house and the landlord is holding my deposit because of that. It's not fair. I left the house spotless; better then when I moved. If I have to pay double to sue them, I will.
