    Fitted brake discs and pads but called saying ‘you’re in a world of pain here’. Needed brake callipers as one had seized so booked in for following day. Again called saying ‘you’re in a world of pain here’ and needed more work doing. Wouldn’t give me a price or timescale to make Campervan safe so put it back together and when collecting told me it’s unsafe to drive. They are the mechanics and offered me advice on what time to feed and walk my dog. Unbelievable??? Stay well clear! Service: Brakes

    Very poor and costly experience. After an expensive complete engine reconditioning and refit that cost more than the value of the car, it was clear the work was not up to standard (as seen by video evidence from another mechanic), including radiator hanging off and engine bolts only finger tight. Because I asked another garage to inspect the work and got some remedial work done, WMM absolved themselves of all responsibility, even charging me an additional £1,000 to fix the problems. More oil leaking at its annual service 6 months later. Submitted complaint to Motor Ombudsman but decided to withdraw as couldn't stand the stress of this dragging on longer than necessary, Accepted a paltry £200 from WMM "in full and final settlement". Needless to say, not recommended.

    Really helpful staff who explained everything. I recieved photo updates of what they were doing and they explained the cost breakdown so I knew what was what. They also give you a ring if anything is going to cost more than expected to fix. Highly recommend, will use again.
