We have been a tenant of Workspace at Park Hall Business Centre for some years. Unfortunately it's a story of regular cost cutting actions by management causing damage to our unit and putting staff at risk. We've had numerous leaks over the years, have informed centre management, only to be fobbed off, delayed, and then when action is taken, it's to hire such a shoddy team of cowby builders that further roof damage was done, only to cause even worse leaks. Now we have to endure plastic sheeting hanging from our ceiling which is supposed to catch the leaks but it doesn't work, as the photos show. We come in every day to water all over the floors and further damage to our property. Despite the centre manager coming in person to see the state of our unit, no remedy has been put in place, and all the company can offer is 15% rent reduction, this after much complaining. Do yourself a favour, don't rent from Workspace.
