FRAUD!! Took money out of my account when I had cancelled my membership & was assured no further payments would be taken. When I rang, I got through to a foreign call centre & spoke with someone called Valerie who told me I won't be getting a refund & told me I had to go on a wait list to speak to a manager! When I asked to register a complaint she told me she had "made a note" of my feedback & I had to coax a complaint reference number out of her.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I haven’t used this app in months and I just had a deduction of £22 from my my account when I signed up for a free subscription with vitality health. These reviews and comments say it all. It’s shocking and WW should be ashamed of themselves for taking peoples money the way they are.

Think of the millions of pounds they've made from having vulnerable people sign up to their app, stop using the app after a while and forget all about their subscription. Approx £160 per customer, per year. That's a lot of profit.
