I called to ask about replacing my tyres for a set of non-inflatable ones that would avoid me ever getting a puncture again. Super friendly service, was able to do the work in less than 30 mins and just incredibly customer-focused. You can tell this man loves pleasing customers and making sure they have the best possible e-scooter once they get back on the road. 10/10 and will definitely use him again.

I don't often leave reviews, but I have to say the service here was more than I could have asked for. Incredibly friendly and helpful. I called up and spoke to the gentleman that talked me through everything I needed, he even video called me so I could see his stock and the items I needed and he even did me a deal for buying more items, he also took the time to assemble them for me before sending it the same day, which he didnt charge me extra for. He kept me up to date every step of the way. And it arrived first thing and has been perfect. Its fitted and working well. I would recommend to anyone. This guy clearly cares about his customers.

Extremely nice guy. My breaks on my electric bike didn't work and he had a look at them, took him 2min to fix them. He also had a look at my gears which were a little sketchy. He was extremely nice and polite, didn't want to sell me anything and in the end I couldn't even pay for his advise and time. I can only recommend to support this small and honest business and will return the minute I have bigger bike problems.
