Booked in to have a quotation done for our recent move. We were booked in for a visit between 10 & 11am. 11.30 came and no one had arrived. So I rang the mobile number twice, got no answer. I tried the office number, again go no answer, that went to the voicemail of the mobile number aswell. Waited in until 11.45 (had the morning off work especially what a waste that was!) gave up and carried on with my day. Still haven't heard back from them a week later with an excuse or an apology as to why they never turned up. Blessing in disguise I guess, if they can't be bothered to turn up for a quotation who knows what would happen on removal day.

They were friendly and efficient, and managed to get the piano through the (very tight) patio doors with what seemed like minimal effort. We managed to move and unload my belongings in under 3hrs and the journey to the next home was on its own was 45mins - so the whole process was super speedy!! Couldn’t fault the whole team, arrived early ready to get packing, we had our beds dismantled and the kitchen packed by them and it was done very efficiently. The whole team were very friendly and professional, the whole house was in the emptied and contents in the van within 2 hours. Sally who did our kitchen pack was exceptional! Would highly recommend Yellow Duck and the whole team!

Robert, Oliver and Darren recently moved my partner and I from a 1 bed to a 2 bed flat. They were polite, efficient and straightforward to deal with, dropping off plenty of boxes for packing up our books a week beforehand so that we were ready to go on the day. They turned up early, brought a can-do attitude to the job and were friendly and affable throughout. Despite us having some unusually heavy furniture, and some tricky angles into the flat they never once complained and negotiated all logistical difficulties with ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a quick/short-notice move, as they managed to squeeze us in at a couple of weeks notice. Top quality service all round. 10 out of 10!
