I started our business in 2006 with one single head compact SWF machine...That old lady is still running like a dream but we have it permanently set up for caps now. Our full range of machines is 2 x dual Function units plus 2 more single head compacts. A total of 7 heads. They all work all day every day. I would not go for any other make of machine. SWF have always served me well and the support from Y.E.S. has been excellent.

What an amazing company! I have never in my life felt this compelled to try and write a review that does justice to Y.E.S ltd. From the first point of contact to enquire about a Ricoma embroidery machine I was treated so well. David Fawbert the sales manager arranged for me to come and view a machine in their building and see how it operated. The sales team and David spent alot of time talking with me and answering all my questions and provided me with refreshments whilst I was there. I left there filled with knowledge about the machine i was interested in and i had every question answered. I then decided to buy the Ricoma machine from them and I was overwhelmed with the help, support and guidance with my business venture. I've had technical advice and Support from Steve in the tech-support dept, Alison has been great in getting me to the right person for further help.... all the team at Y.E.S have done nothing but give me help, support and guidance with everything. You really can't buy that level of service anywhere in the world... but at Y.E.S ltd you can get it for free, whether you buy a machine or not they all treat you like part of the family and I genuinely feel like I'm phoning up friends when I call them for help with anything. If you're looking for anything embroidery then you've made the first step in the right direction by researching Y.E.S ltd reviews. We have a compress UV-1200 printer that was purchased through YES Embroidery, it's been a good machine but like everthing has its moments, these guys have always been there to help and big thankyou for the rapid response i got when the software failed, Made a call and Graham And Liam were on the case straight away i was up and going within 15 mins. Highly recommended its nice to see good customer service still exists. Cheers to all at YES Embroidery.

I am not a customer my partner is currently a customer of theirs. I advise anyone that has money to spend on setting up a business, to not spend it here and go elsewhere. They do sell great products, if they work properly to begin with, but if you ever encounter problems after purchase and in need of aftercare, then please stay away, because they won't help unless you spend more to rectify the problem. I can assure anyone this in turn will be detrimental and will cost your own company thousands in losses because you have equipment that has broken down before you've even started. In my personal opinion and witness to this, I think their aftercare is shocking but also there is a great level of incompetence, ignorance, on top of arrogance not to mention no telephone etiquette when answering to customers. Technical support was almost impossible to come by even with perseverance, which in addition was causing a lot of stress to my partner as well as losses to his business. He was turning work away because of it. One of the printers hasn't yet been used for production and YES suggested to buy the part from them to rectify the problem, however at a ridiculous cost and hundreds of pounds more than what the manufacturer sells it for. Diabolical what they're doing, yet some people are none the wiser and happy to pay extra. Not impressed!!

We have been using YES since 2009, we have bought machines through them and sold machines through them. I still have a straight six head embroidery machine that we bought with the company in 2009 and it has probably cost me £800.00 in the past 12 years. I think that's a bargain, I do carry out my own servicing, and for anything major, I always have the YES technical team to help and advise where necessary. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, because I have a good working relationship with them, and as a family owned and run company like ourselves, I know they will do their best for us.
