We arrived at 6.45pm, and asked while waiting outside how long it would take to have a table because we needed to get to the musical the lion king at 7.30pm. The waitress told us it would take no longer than 5 minutes to get a table. While in line we told Lisa (the lovely waitress) we already knew what we would order. She arranged our table, and in about a couple of minutes later our diner arrived. What a service! The food was really delicious. I would really recommend this place.

This place is just a few steps beside Eat Tokyo, a good option if you’re craving Korean cuisine. Each meal comes with free panchan although we shared one set between two people and not sure if it’s refillable. The soybean stew was delicious, savoury, and with a satisfying enough amount of beef and tofu. My partner had the spicy seafood stew (sundubu jjiggae) and it was the right amount of kick in terms of spice, fragrant, and very enjoyable. Small things that could be improved is that the kimchi pancake was a bit too fluffy (?) almost to an airy cake texture, which is a bit strange as we’re used to the thinner crispy kind of Korean pancake. But overall was an excellent meal and would definitely come again at the reasonable prices - around 15 pounds for a set

We had a great time at Yori. The food was delicious and the portions perfect. We tried the Pajeon and the Tteokbokki and both were amazing. The Pajeon was the perfect size and just divine. The staff was welcoming. Bookings are recommended as it is quite a popular place that you don't want to miss out.

I really hope the owner see the reviews and take some actions. The WORST customer service I've experienced and the most disappointing Korean food. The female staff on the ground floor was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. I've been to the other Yori branches in Piccadilly and Fulham, never had an issue but this was the worst. Arrived 5 minutes earlier than the reservation but the female staff wouldn't let us take the seat. Had to wait outside (when we could literally see the table we reserved just empty) and come back to be seated. Ordered soups and stir fries which are supposed to be served with rice, but didn't come with the rice. The staff REFUSED to take orders and insisted that we scan the QR code and place extra orders for the rice and drinks. IS IT REALLY TOO MUCH TO ASK? Just to order directly through the staff?? Not sure about the other members of the staff, but the asian female staff who was mainly serving the ground floor was simply not doing the bare minimum of the job. It is such a shame as Yori is suppose to have decent food and service across the other branches, but the staff in this one is clearly not trained at all. I really really really wish this could be improved. The food was all lukewarm, extremely salty and saucy.
