I have lived in different buildings managed by York Laurent (before their lazy rebrand to Compass Block Management) and have not been impressed with the service. I previously rented from York Laurent in the Jewellery Quarter in 2016 and 2017, where contractors had accessed my property with less than 24 hours notice to try and rectify issues which should have been addressed ahead of my move-in, which was a breach of the agreement.
