Had our boiler for a good number of years and decided to change. Had a few quotes and looked at local Plumbers rather than using one of the big companies. Contacted York Plumbing and Boilers after reading reviews. Jason came around and I explained that we wanted the existing boiler removing from upstairs and a new one fitting downstairs. Talked about different boilers and made a decision. Jason emailed the same night with quotes. Very happy with the competitive quote and wanted to use local company and decided to go ahead. Jason attended with his colleague Paul and they never stopped working. Cleaning up after themselves as they went. Found Jason to be polite, knowledgeable and methodical. Everything was carried out to a very high standard and he explained how to operate the new boiler and if we had any issues to contact him. Would thoroughly recommend York Plumbing and Boilers. Not only a great job completed but supporting a thoroughly professional local tradesperson.
