    Nice warm welcome from Lynn got on great right from the start. Room was lovely warm and spotless. We had a very comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was amazing good quality ingredients, cooked just how we like it, Lynn was very attentive and wasn't shy in asking if we would like more toast/coffee etc. We will definitely be coming back...thank you Lynn.
