FAQ

How do you source your honey and ensure its quality?

We source our honey from local beekeepers who are members of our association and follow our strict guidelines for beekeeping practices. We ensure the quality of our honey through regular testing and inspections to ensure it meets our high standards.

What types of honey do you offer and what are the differences between them?

We offer a variety of honey types, including wildflower, heather, and blossom honey. The differences between them depend on the type of flower the bees are foraging on and the region where the honey is produced. Each honey has a unique flavor profile and color.

Do you offer any organic or raw honey options?

Yes, we offer both organic and raw honey options. Our organic honey is certified by the Soil Association and our raw honey is unprocessed and unpasteurized, retaining all of its natural enzymes and health benefits.

Can you provide information on the sustainability practices used in your honey production?

We prioritize sustainability in our honey production by promoting beekeeping practices that prioritize the health and well-being of the bees and their habitats. We also work with local farmers to promote the use of sustainable farming practices that support pollinators.

What is your return policy for honey products?

We strive to provide high-quality honey products and stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will work with you to make it right.

I had a problem with my door which wouldn't lock without a bit of effort. I contacted West Yorkshire Windows who had installed the conservatory 18 months earlier. The phone was answered immediately and a visit from an engineer promised within the hour. To say I was impressed was an understatement. The job was carried out quickly and professionally by a very pleasant man who adjusted the lock so it now opens and closes smoothly. A few months later i had a drip from the roof after one of the struts had moved slightly. Again, this was sorted out satisfactorily within a couple of days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company

Our side door lock became faulty and as soon as we reported the matter they sent someone round who sorted out the matter efficiently with minimum of fuss. This was particularly impressive as the door was installed several years ago by them.

After 7 years our composite door developed a crack so I emailed customer services. A quick response with apologies and simply instructions to forward a couple of photos. The claim was quickly authorised and new door slab ordered. Door now fitted and is now better than new.

We chose West Yorkshire Windows over Yorkshire Windows for our new door, due to preferring the design despite it being more costly. On initial fitting we were dismayed to realise that despite the door being correct, the glass, the lock and the handle were not what we ordered. After waiting a number of weeks the company fitted a replacement door with the correct glass, locks and handle which we were pleased with until we stepped outside to find that whilst the colour was correct, the door design was wrong! Purely for the sake of convenience we accepted this new door as it was close enough in design to what we had ordered. Within a month, on the first warm day of the year, I noticed that the door was no longer sitting flush in the frame. An engineer was sent out and eventually the company admitted that the door was warping in the sun and preventing us from locking / unlocking the door. A further replacement was ordered, and despite numerous promises no resolution has been provided, with only empty promises of a replacement to come and no date provided! I would urge anyone purchasing from this company to reconsider.
