    I brought 3 dresses online, they arrived promptly and beautifully packaged, particularly loved the wooden hanger and dress cover, lovely bonus. The ladies who answered the phone were so helpful. I sent 2 dresses back and I have received an email saying they had been received and more importantly my money has been refunded immediately, none of the 7-10 working days you are usually told with an online return. Also loved the personal hand written note on the delivery note, another lovely touch. Thank you to everyone at Molly Browns for making the ordering and purchasing experience a very happy one.

    I bought my outfit online and it was delivered promptly, beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, before I had the opportunity to arrange an appointment with a seamstress, the country went into lockdown due to Coronavirus. I was left with the choice or keeping the outfit and risking the possibility that it could not be successfully altered or returning it to be on the safe side. I contacted Customer Services and they extended the return period for me until things returned to normal. I was kept informed and I am happy to say that I am going to keep the outfit as I now know it can be adjusted to fit me. Thank you Molly Browns! Wonderful customer service!!
