Just had Yorvale ice cream for the first time at dinner at the Mayflower in Rotherhithe, London. I had coconut and double chocolate. They were delicious, not unlike the ice cream I ate in America as a child in the 1940s and 60s. This is old fashioned ice cream, creamy and comforting, quite unlike more fashionable gelato (which I also love). I shall be searching stockists to see who sells it. It is a wonderful product.
