I have worked for your company and all I can say is the staff are underpaid and overworked. There is no fairness across the team. This company can put their prices up of there food and drink yet they do not increase the wage of their staff, not to mention the renovations that are costing them millions of pounds but yet they still do not increase the wages of there staff. Lastly this company does not pay out there staffs holiday pay in full once they have resigned, both my sister and I were paid out an amount and are both outstanding holiday pay to the value of £400. When contacted to resolve the issue, they stated that since I have been taken off there system there are no longer records for them to refer to, not to mention that they remove the records off Selima so that you cannot dispute the issue.

Avoid eating here at all costs. I contracted the CAMPYLOBACTER bacteria at the White Hart Sherfield and subsequently had violent FOOD POISONING for an entire week. The restaurant appointed someone to investigate who found nothing untoward in the restaurants usual practices but had some glaring omissions from their report including the fact they had interrogated me on what I and family had eaten at home prior to this and the fact none of them were ill despite us eating the same meals and the meal at the restaurant being the only different one and also made the claim that campylobacter is caused by Poultry when both the WHO and FSA advise it is also caused by cattle/red meat. Both the Food Inspectors and restaurant told me their findings could never be conclusive and that even said "you'd have to be a fly on the wall to see exactly what happened that day". Furthermore they colluded with the Environmental Health Agency and provided them with their report rather than them inspecting and conducting their own independent investigation. Despite all of the above being pointed out to them restaurant still decided their report was enough to not do anything about it.

We booked a Table at the White Hart, Barnes last Evening Fri Oct 20 @ 18.00. The was a Lady inside Front Entrance checking people in. I am very conscious of COVID & I mentioned to the Lady that the place felt Stuffy with ALL Windows & Doors Shut tight. She replied that it was Cold with Doors open and as a result we didn’t stay. The Government advice is for max ventilation, this was not good enough & your Staff should be made aware of this! Regards Vic Condon Putney Ps She did call me 15 mins after we left to say she had opened a Door, but it was too late then.

The Marlborough Richmond Surrey Quite possible the worst pub experience I have had. Service No Food over priced, and I mean really over priced and poor quality. I also run a food business and the sharing board for £22 consisted of 6 slices of meat (cheap meat) 1 piece of cheddar, 3 dried apricots some crackers and three chunks of bread. I could put this board together for about £2.50 but would not dream of charging more than £7.50 for it at that value. It is small for one but impossible to share. Service Still No Track and Trace No Other customers No So why is there still no service. If you think this review is bad you should see the review my baby left all over the garden after having one bite of mash potato. It was appalling and the staff couldn't care. I have been to Youngs before and this place must be a complete embarrassment to them. I will offer the head office the same feed back.

I have drunk and eaten at the foley arms for forty years, sometimes I have moaned but mostly enjoyed. The current host vinnie is by far the most enjoyable person to manage the pub and hotel. He handles the staff the customers and all callers amazingly well. Charming man
