** I have now learnt that this company has gone into liquidation** DO NOT USE SMILE DIRECT! The company has failed to deliver the impression trays on several attempts and follow ups (order placed in March and we are now in August), leading me to attempt to cancel my order and request refund. The service I was offered included an option for full refund prior to the retainers being made, however this refund has been rejected by Smile Direct and my account manager, Gavin Quigley has now fallen silent. They continue to take money out of my account, totalling £1,299.00 thus far. I am being forced to take legal action against the company to try to recoup my moneys now. The level of incompetence in basic service delivery astounds me, they will not even take my calls at this point.

In my life, I have never witnessed such sheer incompetence from a company. Throughout my frustrating experience, although my teeth are straighter now (albeit after two attempts, and one subtle crack on a lateral incisor), I have never felt so inspired to write an indignant review The computer staff are unable to sort out finance for their customers, due to the past months of me being charged £90.90 each month, although I was informed that my payment had ended, multiple times. The company is either too lazy to train their staff thoroughly enough, or they sincerely wish to put money in front of their customers. Be careful when buying from this site.

I had a consultation and scan here which was fine but I'm a bit wary about the quality of service they're providing. Given the history of my teeth (several root canals and an implant) I was surprised they said I was suitable for at-home aligners. Especially considering every other place I went to recommended I have other general dental work done prior to any orthodontic treatment. It's also worth noting they only straighten your front 6 teeth - I'd proceed with caution.

Complete scammers! The retainers don't give you the outcome you pay for and then they suggest you pay more for a revision...only to then tell you that they are unable to give you what you specifically asked for and signed up to. GET YOUR MONEY BACK using dental trading standards! Go elsewhere.

I recently visited Smile Direct for consultation and was super impressed. From arrival the entire experience was smooth and stress free. The appointment was quick, informative and efficient. The staff were amazingly friendly and explained everything in great detail. The 3D image of your smile on the screen was a cool touch! The treatment seams really reasonably priced compared to competitors, cant wait to see the results.
