Do not trust them. They are selling broken cars as driveable. Do not trust in their safety check. I have to scrap 2000£ car after 300 miles done. Do not waste your time and money, go somewhere else.

Hubby bought a Peugeot 207 for me in July 2022 for £1,995. Within the first 4 weeks (& its 1 month warranty), the car was burning oil broke down, & AA suggested several issues. Went back to Zaks for “repair”. Few weeks later obvious was still burning oil, noisy engine, & didn’t pull properly when going up hill. Just had it in for first MOT since purchase (having done very little mileage) & car failed very badly … would need a new engine, & dangerous to drive. Having to scrap & buy a new car. Terrible experience

I recommend buying an additional annual car insurance, my car broke down after 5 months of driving, an electrical fault and no one wanted to help me. I don't know what to think about this place, I have mixed feelings.

Recently we went to see a car with them and paid deposit and were happy, unfortunately due to our change in circumstances we didn’t go through the sale but I would like to mention here the extraordinary exceptional service we received. We were seen to buy Aaron from start to finish and this guy is a gem. He was very kind and helpful. Such a kind soul that I actually am generally sorry I’m not going ahead with the sake through him. He kindly returned the deposit and wished us the best. Would highly highly recommend this place. Cars are found everywhere but substance/persona is a rarity. This guy deserves this shout out.
