I booked one of there areas at Zenna Bar for Friday 26th January for my birthday. I get a phone call today (Wednesday 24th January) saying that my birthday is now cancelled as the bar will be 'closed' for maintenance purposes. That was the explanation i got. No sorry, nothing. Not only did they ruin my birthday only two days before - but they ruined everyone else's plans as well! So so unprofessional. Wont be visiting or making a booking here again.

I called today to book this bar for 10 people tonight and when we got there, we were told the bar was closed and we were moved to an adjoining restaurant with a different name. We were not informed when we called zenna bar that they were closed. We had to leave and find another bar nearby ! Not impressed
