I first went to see Zoe in 2018/2019 for help with my very irregular periods. Very quickly I saw a significant difference and my cycle settled into a regular pattern. I might also add I also felt a reduction in period pain too. I have then gone onto visit Zoe for pregnancy support. The first time I saw Zoe for 4 sessions (once a week for 4 weeks) and I feel pregnant! The second time I saw Zoe again when we managed 4 weekly sessions around my cycle I fell pregnant again on that cycle. Zoe is incredible at what she does. She takes the time to listen to you and your circumstances. I highly recommend Zoe to anyone that is seeking fertility or cycle support.

Zoë has been a constant and intrinsic part of my fertility journey. After finding I wasn’t falling pregnant naturally following the birth of my son, I started regular acupuncture sessions and very quickly found I could conceive again. Despite going on to experience multiple miscarriages (as I had before my firstborn), Zoë was a patient and guiding force throughout, helping my cycle readjust quickly after each setback, helping me regularly fall pregnant and also helping me mentally deal with what was a very arduous journey. It felt like a real team effort and we made it! Finally nearing full term and with induction looming, I saw Zoë again. After my final treatment at 39 weeks, I naturally went into a very quick and efficient labour mere hours before medical induction was due to start, and welcomed my daughter soon after. Again, I’m convinced this process was helped along significantly by my treatment. I’ll always be very grateful to Zoë for her help and guidance, and the part she played in helping us find our little miracle. Zoë is a phenomenal acupuncturist; I started treatments at around 36 weeks' pregnant to prepare for the birth of my baby and when my sciatica annoyingly returned! I have never tried acupuncture before and was quite unsure about the benefits, but Zoë's treatment has been incredible thus far. After suffering from sciatica for over 10 years and receiving constant physiotherapy I can’t believe how much my aches and pains have greatly diminished to basically none. I wished I had seen Zoë a lot earlier and I would highly recommend her seeing her if you can!
