so its OAP night at Zumba class. i didnt relise and i still wanted to participate as it was part of my weekly routine (im not a OAP btw). the class gets going and its a bit slower than usual so i pick up the pace. i got a little bit too much into it and accidentally close line Janice, he teeth came out and all sorts. so i apologized but she was not having it. she called her husband who was apparently in the navy seals but obviously i didn't believe her. he came down to the zumba class and he was not what i was expecting, 6 foot plus and proper roidey so i pooped myself a little. he told me to "take a step outside pal" so i did. next minute ive got a punctured spleen , broken 3 ribs and being flew in an air ambulance to london hospital. you know what i call that.... ZUMBA 0-100
